Do I need prior Pilates experience to join?

No experience is necessary! Our instructors tailor each session to your fitness level, whether you’re a beginner or advanced practitioner.

What should I wear to class?

We recommend comfortable, form-fitting athletic wear that allows freedom of movement. Bare feet or grip socks are ideal for Pilates.

What if I need to reschedule a session?

Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. We’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule.

What are your hours?

Sessions are available by appointment between 8:30am–3:00pm, Monday through Friday. We are closed on Saturdays.
